Craig joined Taten in 2004 as a Senior Developer and was promoted to the position of Chief Technology Officer in 2010. Prior to joining Taten, Craig gained extensive experience in software design and development with national IT and financial services organisations.
|  | Chris ParsonFinance and Administration Manager Chris is a long serving member of the Taten team, having joined the company in 1998 following a 20 year career with Australian Defence Force Recruiting as Director of Corporate Services. Prior to that he worked in Canberra for eight years in the Auditor General’s office – part of the Prime Minister’s department. Chris is responsible for the day to day operations of the Finance Department including managing debtors and creditors, payroll, procurement, leasing and running the organisation’s accounts through MYOB
|  | Jayanthy ManiamSolutions ManagerJayanthy joined Taten in 2008 after relocating from Malaysia where she had extensive experience in business analysis and requirements gathering, team management, ICT application projects management, business planning and execution. At Taten, Jayanthy is responsible for defining project requirements and preparing appropriate documentation, then managing the projects to ensure delivery on time, on budget and to the quality levels set by the organisation.
|  | Colin JonesService Desk ManagerAfter a 30 year career with British Telecom in the UK covering Customer Service, Performance Measurement and Statistical Reporting, culminating in Data Networks Project Management, Colin decided to return to a direct customer facing role via Project Management and Customer Service. Colin is responsible for managing the interface between Taten's clients and the project/technical support teams in Taten.
